W Melbourne

Due to open its doors for the very first time in 2020 is the brand new W Melbourne Hotel. And if you book early you might be one of the first guests to stay there. Firstly the city centre location cannot be more central being located in Collins Street.

Hyatt is a considerably well known brand right across the world, but particularly in Australia. Tourists from the U.S, U.K, and China know what to expect from this brand and often choose it in preference to others.
The Hyatt Centric in Hobart will be a brand new 221 room hotel for 2020. To add a more bespoke design it has contracted in JAWS Architects and Dreamline Australia to provide a most distinctive luxury hotel.
This exclusive hotel is aimed at millennial-minded and business people. There will be many modern and innovative ideas such as Smart and Bluetooth devices both in the rooms and in public places.
There will be an exclusive rooftop bar, fine restaurants and all the other amenities you would expect from a five-star establishment.
Crowne Plaza
Moving over to Adelaide a brand new Crowne Plaza is due to open in 2020. Located centrally on Frome Street it will become the tallest building in Adelaide when completed. The huge hotel will offer 326 guest rooms and unusually reception will be located on the 10th floor.
This hotel is designed to offer high-class amenities and will include a 600 sm conference facility for business events. Other amenities will include an infinity pool, restaurants, bars, spa and gym.
Holiday Inn & Suites
The highly popular Holiday Inn group will open their doors of their new hotel in Geelong in 2020. And it instantly will become the largest hotel in the town. Not only will the hotel feature superior rooms it will offer 40 suites that are designed for long staying guests.
This brand new hotel will offer a large 300sm function room, an all-day restaurant, gym, bar and restaurant.
St. Regis
This uniquely designed hotel by the popular Australian interior designer Chada will be the first St. Regis hotel when it opens its doors in 2022. The development will be a mixed usage building together with Flinders Bank in Melbourne.
The hotel will be on the lower floors of the 33 storey building whilst from the 12th floor will accommodate offices and business premises. It will no doubt be favoured by business people attending meetings elsewhere in the building.
Dorsett International Hotel
The Gold Coast will see one of the most impressive hotels in the area opening in 2022. Located on beautiful Broadbeach Island this $400 million project is already causing quite a stir.
The development is part of a consortium headed by FEC, Star Entertainment, and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises. And it will be the first ever Dorsett Hotel in Australia. With 316 deluxe rooms the development will also house 423 Star Residences which will basically be condominium apartments for sale. The amenities for the hotel and the apartments are set to be world-class.
DoubleTree
If you are a keen golfer and live in Western Australia you may wish to consider having a round of golf at the Kalgoorlie Golf Club and staying at the brand new DoubleTree Hilton Hotel.
This multipurpose hotel will also include a splendid clubhouse for the use of the Goldfields Golf Club. The development will offer 120 well-appointed rooms together with 14 deluxe executive suites.
NunDuk - Lake Wellington
Work started in 2019 for this exclusive hotel by the Westin Group, and its grand opening is planned for sometime late in 2020 or early 2021. The development is reputably costing $200 million and it will be a state of the art hotel.
This swish hotel is expected to boost tourism in the Lake Wellington area and will be a good addition to the vicinity offering remarkable amenities and facilities. It is also expected that it will act as a magnet for business people traveling to the Darwin region.
