The Ginger Factory Schedules
The Ginger Factory is FREE admission and opens every day from 9am until 5pm. And also, The Ginger Café is open for seven days from 9am until 4.30pm to serve their delectable dishes. They serve coffee, drinks and many light refreshments all day, while main menus are only served until 2.30pm.
The Ginger Factory is closed for a whole day on Christmas Day, 25th of December. During the Anzac Day, 25th of April, all rides will open at 1.30pm and The Ginger Café will be available from 9am but alcoholic drinks can only be served at 10am when ordered with a meal.
