How We Strive To Achieve Wins
We are currently involved in a number of promising tenders and have established a 3 man team dedicated solely to discovering, applying for and securing large contracts. Our overall plan is to double the revenue, jobs and booking enquiry levels by the end of 2019.
How are we going to achieve this? We have developed a clear and concise strategy to maximise our chances of winning more business by being proactive in acquiring new tenders. We research and react to the latest news and developments keeping us up to speed with what’s happening in the marketplace meaning we are always equipped to present the strongest propositions possible.
We have a dedicated team who are charged with winning new business through an aggressive outbound contact strategy which complements our ongoing efforts in developing our web presence. The methods we use, in some cases, has led to having RFTs amended with additional demands being made of the potential operators due to the new ideas and technologies we have suggested to improve the safety, reliability and cost effectiveness of the required services.
All our large contracts have a dedicated Account Manager to ensure we maintain a good working relationship with both our clients and partners, this strong communication and understanding between all parties ensure smooth operation of our services.
